The quakes were not felt in the territory of Kazakhstan
The seismic stations network of Kazakhstan Emergencies Ministry registered three earthquakes on November 23, Kazinform reports.
The first quake with the epicenter in China (265 kilometers south of Almaty) occurred at 10:45:43 am Astana time. The coordinates of the epicenter are 40.906 north latitude and 77.759 east longitude.
The second quake was recorded at 01:32:57 pm. The epicenter of the quake was in Tajikistan, 620 kilometers southwest of Almaty. The coordinates of the epicenter are 39.319 north latitude and 71.598 east longitude.
The third earthquake also occurred in the territory of China, 319 kilometers southeast of Almaty, at 15:06:53 pm. The coordinates of the epicenter are 42.060 north latitude, 80.481 east longitude.
The quakes were not felt in the territory of Kazakhstan.
